About Nepal

Nepal is known as a land of people who remain happy and bring smile in their faces even in the adverse situation. In Total, honesty, courage, simplicity and hard work with an in born sense of loyalty characterize the tranquil Nepalese way of life.

Nepal has been providing manpower to overseas countries for nearly two centuries now. The Nepalese were the first to be hired by the Britist East India Company in 1814 when they came in India during their Far-EasternCrusade and controlled much of India. Impressed with loyalty, honesty and bravery of hte Nepalese people, the Britist also hired Nepalese Gurkhas fotr their military force and ever since the Nepalese Gurkhas for their militayr force and ever since the Nepalese Gurkhas have been an integral part in the British Army.

History

For the bravery shown by the Gurkhas during wars including the first and the second world wars, the Gurkhas soldier have been awarded more than a dozen Victoria Cross and ti this day they continue to enjoy the highest reputation for their vigour and quality of service all over the world.

Nepalese workers are simple mnded, laborious, extremely loyal ti their employers, having high sense of rsponsibility and disciplane. During the last two Great World Wars, the Nepalese have proven their ability to adapt to any climatic condition and continue to discharge their dutiesrelentlessly.

Over the past few years a growing number of employers from overseas have been attracted to Nepal for recruitment of manpower to cope with the increasing manpower required in their respective countries.
